ABOUT THE ARTIST
Milton Keynes Photographer, Ian Tunnicliffe has been a passionate photographer for almost 30 years. Based in Milton Keynes his
wedding and
portrait photography services have become the main-stay of his photography business.
Fineart trained in painting and sculpture, Ian takes great personal pride in his work and specialises in a photojournalistic, reportage contemporary approach to
wedding photography.
As a teenager, his early work centred on motorsport, particularly motocross when Ian developed and printed all of his monochrome images by hand. Ian has never lost his love of monochrome. When he can he loves to work in monochrome.
In addition to wedding photography, Ian offers an innovative approach to portraiture usually opting to shoot subjects in their own natural surrounding (often at home) or on location. Again, much of this work is in monochrome.
As a lifelong passionate photographer, his penchant for experimentation has lead to a raft of personal projects and special commissions. Also, his fascination with the natural world has manifested itself in the completion of a number of projects centred on wild and endangered species with 'big cats' and 'primates' particular favourites.
